Maryland demands that State Government shall provide for the proper protection of it's citizens.
State tax dollars (family funds) shall be used to fund necessary law enforcement, emergency first responders, safety, health/wellness and disease control programs.
State government shall also provide regulatory oversight to ensure compliance of state and federal safety standards and laws.
